If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new and unused items can be returned to Sylor within 30 days after delivery.
Personalized items are made specifically according to your instructions and cannot be resold. See the applicable law. If you wish to return a personalized piece of jewelry, the refund will be issued as a store voucher credit.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. The credit will be issued once the return is received and can be used across the entire store.

Non personalized jewelry
Non personalized pieces can be fully refunded within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The contents of the package must be exactly the same as what you received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
